Recommended Stretches

Doorway (Pectoral) stretches- Arms straight out to the side, slowly walk out the door. Arms over head, place on door jam. Slowly walk out door. Hold for 3 seconds.

Low Back Stretches- Lay on back. Bend knees and bring them into your chest an hold.

IT Band- Lay on back. Bring one knee up to your waist and bend the leg across your body.
